Nothing directly. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party fonts or scripts, and contains no forms. There is no tracking of any kind, and no consent banner is required because there is nothing to consent to.
This site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. In the ordinary course of serving a web page, Cloudflare processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and request time, for the purposes of security, abuse prevention and availability. We do not access this information for any other purpose and we do not combine it with anything else.
The addresses published on this site are forwarded to a mailbox we control. If you write to us, we use your name, address and the contents of your message solely to respond to you and to maintain a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your details with anyone outside BlueHarbor except where a professional adviser is engaged on the matter you raised.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the discussion is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards, and then delete it.
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to hello@blueharbor.world and we will deal with it. If you are in the EU and you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to your national data protection authority; in Portugal this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
BlueHarbor is establishing its operating entities in Portugal. When that is complete, this page will be replaced with a full privacy notice naming the responsible entity, its registered address and its data protection contact. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
